Builders Cleans:

We manage builders cleans for major retail shopfitters, offices and warehouse building contractors – everything from mid-build to end of build cleans – before properties are handed back to the client. 

Office Housekeeping:

A clean and tidy workspace leads to a clear and focused mind. For our larger clients, we provide on-site cleaning teams to service communal areas, specialising in kitchen areas, bathrooms, gyms and staff rooms. We handle everthing from general cleaning, dishes, carpet and floor care, deep cleaning and janitorial supplies. We use the most up to date chemicals and specialist equipment to ensure first class hyigene across all aspects of our work.

We have put extra measures in place during the Covid 19 outbreak and have been working with our customers to ensure their level of sanitasion and disinfection meets all requirements, enabling their staff to work safely and efficently.

Dilapidation Cleans:

Beginning with a site survey. Our team can create a strategic and efficient plan to clean warehouses, retail stores and offices before post-lease handbacks to the landlord.

We have the relevant equipment and expertise to jetwash exteriors, lorry bays and surrounding areas; Specialising in hard to reach tasks. If needed we can make modifications to buildings exteriors and our staff are fully trained when using equipment such as Scissor Lifts and a variety of large plant machinery.

Daily Contract Cleaning:

We manage a range of contracts and tailor make a bespoke cleaning schedule for each individual buisiness.

This can range from a 7 day week to a couple of hours per week depending on requirements.
